18. Using the wrong cooking oil
Different cooking oils have different smoke points, which means that you have to know which oil to use at different temperatures. Linseed oil, olive oil, and butter are ideal for low temperatures such as baking, simmering, and low-heat pan frying; Coconut oil, canola oil, and excess virgin olive oil are best for medium-sum-summer cooking methods such as frying; Ghee, avocado oil, and peanut oil are best for high-summer cooking methods such as Brilling, Grilling, Deep Frying, and Stere Frying.
